I. THE ARCHITECTURAL LICENSE

This section establishes the rules for engagement and protects the proprietary architecture of the Sovereign Sanctuary.

Asset Usage and License: All structural assets, including guides, programs, and frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Sovereign Sanctuary. Upon acquisition, you are granted a single, non-transferable License for Personal Use only. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these protocols. Any breach of this Intellectual Sovereignty is a theft of structural energy and will result in immediate access revocation.

Refund Protocol: Due to the immediate, digital nature of these assets, all sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Sovereignty begins with Unconditional Accountability. You are expected to audit your commitment before you initiate a transaction. We do not negotiate with buyer's remorse or the fluctuations of the Conditional Core.

II. INTEGRITY AND STRUCTURAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you use these tools at your own risk. The Architect is not a "coach" or "therapist": this is a technical intervention for those ready to lead themselves.

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your decisions and results. You agree to hold the Sovereign Sanctuary and its founder, B. Draper, harmless for any consequences stemming from your use or non-use of the information provided.

Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your conversion and deliver assets. To ensure maximum security, we utilize trusted structural partners including Squarespace, Payhip, Stripe, and Kit. We do not store sensitive payment data on our own servers.

Security Commitment: Your data is an asset we protect. We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third parties. By acquiring an asset, you consent to receive necessary transactional transmissions required to maintain your access to the Sanctuary.
